Registration is required for gaining access to the information and documents published in the online Data Room on the project website, part of the Working space. The information contained therein is sensitive which requires registration. The Concession Notice, Tender Documents, the Draft Concession Agreement and the Concession Justification are available without registration.

Please find below clarifications on the registration process for gaining access to the Data room:
The Confidentiality Undertaking must be signed by the person, who will be registered with a User account and will receive access to the Data room through the registration process. In the Undertaking the person should note her/ his name, name of the Bidder / Economic Operator / other User, she / he represents and the rest of the required information in the registration form.
The information in the Confidentiality Undertaking should match the registration form and we would also recommend sending the signed Confidentiality Undertaking from the same email address, which is listed in the registration form, to the designated email for correspondence [email protected].
